Cinnamon Spice, the latest offering from Seasons, an apartment hotel in Aundh has the ambience of a rustic Indian village. This open air restaurant dishes up food from the North West Frontier. Cinnamon Spice gives the impression of being inside an ethnic hut. The aroma of the food from the clay oven is tempting and tickles one's taste buds. The restaurant staff tries to encourage you to eat with your hands to enjoy your meal to the fullest. The service staff is dressed in ethnic costumes and greets you with a 'namaste' when you step into the restaurant. The ambience resembles a dhaba, earthen lamps hanging with wrought iron stands, while servers are dressed in Pathan suits.

Guests are served a glass of sugarcane juice and then an attendant gets rose water and rolled hand towels so that the guests can wash their hands. Live ghazal performances and instrumental music add to the ethnicity of the ambience. Feast on the murgh pudina tikka, angaara machchi, the Tangdi Mumtaz, the daal maharani and the Barrah Kebab along with the parathas, naan or roomali rotis. Try the aloo chatpata, Bharwan Paneer Kebab, the tandoori subzi from the vegetarian section. From the dessert section try the Thandai Mousse, the Phirni, and the Kesar Kulfi.
