This restaurant in Taj Blue Diamond has seriously fine Italian dining teamed with delectable cuisine, served in a recently upgraded décor that is spacious and functional. One look at the menu and you know that you are going to be spoilt for choice. One visit is definitely not enough to try everything here.

The very well known Executive Chef Oswin Riberio has revved up a fine menu which is a result of his vast and rich experience with Italian cuisine. The food here is definitely authentic with fresh ingredients and served in true Italian style.

We tried the Fritte di olives (crumb fried olives with Hollandaise sauce), Zuppa di Pomodoro(Italian pellati tomato soup), Farfalle con pesto rosso(bow shaped pasta tossed with sun dried tomato pesto and Parmesan) and the Grigliate Salmone(salmon with cous cous and buttered asparagus). The crumb fried olives made for the perfect starter and teamed very well with the sauce; the pasta was light, delicate and great tasting. The salmon was fresh and grilled to perfection. The service is polite and friendly.
